In the heart of the Quebec metropolis, you will find many high-quality establishments to eat. All the cuisines of the world are represented there. If you go to Plateau Mont-Royal (which I highly recommend), discover the excellent cuisine of the Vietnamese restaurant Hâ.
You will be disorientated and transported to the other side of the world. If you prefer to go to one of the more traditional restaurants in the city, but enjoy yourself, then one of the best is definitely Europa. With your children, you can also change things up by going to Juliette et Chocolat where all the treats are homemade.
If you’re even more of a foodie than expected, outside of the city’s fabulous restaurants, head to Sweet Isabelle.
There, everything collides between flavors and scents thanks to gourmet pastries and extraordinary shortbreads. There are also some amazing bars to go to in the afternoon or evening.
You can discover Big Japan at the end of a long dark corridor or have a tasting at the Champagne Bar in this place where enthusiasts come from all over the world. To enjoy a wonderful cocktail with friends, I finally recommend La Distillerie which is said to be the best cocktail establishment in the city.
