What an amazing name! This establishment is a household name, and many visitors succumb to chef Gordon Ramsay’s cuisine. Located in the heart of Caesars Palace, it offers top-flight cuisine for a budget ranging from $65 (lunch) to $85 (dinner), to sample the mythical Beef Wellington, for example.
Or succumb to steak with baked macaroni and cheese and incredible mashed potatoes (the dish is called steak with two sides). It’s simple, high-flying cuisine that’s good for you. And what’s more, after your tasting, you can discover the famous palace.

2. Wolfang Puck bar and Grill
Located in the MGM Grand Hotel. There’s a wide choice of tasty dishes, from house-smoked salmon to jidori chicken or the delicious Mesquite ribeye. Prices range from $45 to $100 for refined cuisine in elegant surroundings. The atmosphere is dynamic, and the bar/grill revisited concept is intelligent and well executed. Vegetarian dishes are also available.
You can also treat yourself to a hearty breakfast or, if you’re a bit late for a game table, dine in the middle of the night (until 4am!).

3. Gordon Ramsay Burger Las Vegas
Gordon Ramsay Burger in Las Vegas is particularly renowned for its gourmet burgers. The menu typically features a variety of burgers, each prepared with premium ingredients and a unique touch, they’re delicious. In addition to burgers, the restaurant may offer other dishes such as appetizers, sides and desserts. Reservations are not possible, and on weekends the wait can be as long as 1.5 hours.

4. Sinatra (otherwise known as Encore at Wynn)
The place will fascinate you at first with its “so sophisticated” decor that will transport you elsewhere. An Italian touch and a tribute to the crooner are on the menu. Once seated, you’ll succumb to the high-flying Italian cuisine. Chef Theo Schoenegger has a lot of fun, offering dishes typical of transalpine cuisine cooked to the rhythm of the singer. Enjoy spaghetti with clams or a delicate and delicious osso buco. Or try the cioppino with Maine lobster (a delight!) or the capriolo with venison loin in hunter’s sauce.

5. Hash House a Go Go
Nestled in the heart of The Linq hotel, Hash House is the must-visit address on the Strip. If you don’t have much of an appetite, don’t bother! The dishes served here are XXL! If that doesn’t scare you, try the Hash House, served in a steaming cast-iron skillet. More or less 500 grams of deliciousness, just for you! You can fill your belly with a recipe based on meatloaf, crispy French fries, fried eggs (no less than 2!), fresh spinach, roasted peppers and mozzarella. You’ll get your fill for under $25.

6. Bardot Brasserie
Missing French cuisine? No problem, this establishment will satisfy you. Located in the Aria Resort Hotel, Chef Michael Mina will surprise you with his comforting dishes. Escargots de Bourgogne, œuf mimosa, soupe à l’oignon, croque-madame, steak tartare, macaron au chocolat, tarte Tatin… there’s plenty of choice to bring you back to France. And don’t worry, the dishes are perfectly cooked! The restaurant also offers brunches and even a happy hour (every day between 5 and 7 p.m.).

7. Lakeside
This is a special place in Vegas. Here, you can have fun while you eat. Let’s start with the fun. Take a seat on the terrace and watch the amazing waterfall transform into an XXL cinema screen. You’ll be able to enjoy classic American films. You can also enjoy animatronics such as a huge frog launching Frank Sinatra’s many hits. Let’s move on to the table.
You’ll love the excellent seafood, the line-caught fish and the unbelievably large lobsters. You won’t be able to resist red king crab legs, Santa Barbara sea urchins or mahi-mahi straight from Hawaii. These marvels are cooked by chef David Middelton and enjoyed by the hotel’s lakeside.

8. Peppermill Restaurant
We love this place above all for its stunning breakfasts. You’ll love their Belgian waffles or French toast, perfect for recuperating after a long, crazy night! But you can also dine in if you prefer. Here, you can enjoy gargantuan omelettes, nachos, shrimp cocktail or chicken salad. In short, it’s a simple but very good cuisine that has been winning over critics for over 50 years. And let’s not forget the delicious cocktails and surprising wine cellar.

9. Stripsteak
Here’s another place run by chef Michael Mina. It’s located in the Mandalay Bay and was recently renovated to make it even more welcoming to visitors (it reopens on December 30). As in any steakhouse, meat is obviously at the top of the menu, and you’re sure to love the wood-fired, butter-poached cuts of beef. But you’ll also be able to enjoy excellent seafood, such as Scottish salmon cooked Japanese-style. The atmosphere is chic and relaxed.

10. Blue Ribbon
If you’re on a budget after all-night casino sessions, don’t worry. There are also places on the Strip that can treat you without breaking your budget. Such is the case at Blue Ribbon, where you’ll find the best tenders around. The fried chicken is simply exceptional, and the flavors imparted by the different seasonings are unheard of.

You can also try the cheese fondue or the fried beef marrow, not forgetting the bourbon-glazed Duroc pork chop for variety. The place is well known to local gourmets.
